It is not easy to know specifically how the data which used in each system to be converted to information and knowledge , But we can distinguish the data ( raw facts ) from information ( organized data ) from knowledge ( understood information ) .
As we mentioned that Toyota are using Toyota production system to manage the quality of the products and process . This helped to increase the quality , reduce cost , and prevent problems before happing .
